😀 We make butter for a living, so we care about our dairy. The Dairy Box is everything we'd put in our own fridge:

🧈 Two of our award-winning Salted Butter, churned in small batches right here in Perth; two pouches of Bannister Downs Farm Fresh Milk from WA's Southwest; and a tub of Schulz Greek Yoghurt — pot-set, strained the slow way, with a thick layer of cream on top, from a 3rd generation organic dairy farm.

🍫 And because every good fridge needs one indulgence: a Snickerz Bar from Perth social enterprise Chris's Kitchen — house-made chocolate, date caramel and toasted peanuts.

Shelf Life?

Everything is super fresh so you'll have excellent use by dates for everything - typically 2 weeks for the milk, 8 weeks for the butter, and 2-3 weeks for the yoghurt. Now the Snickerz is best before 7 days but why wait that long! 😋
