🚚 We deliver on Wednesday every week with an Order cutoff on Sunday for next week delivery.
🧈 If you need butter urgently then please shop with us directly at Manning Road Farmers Market every Saturday.
🚫 Any orders placed after Sunday cut-off for next week dispatch and will be sent the following week.

Beyond Perth, WA:
Unfortunately we cannot deliver beyond Perth Metro or ship regionally or interstate (yet). But this doesn’t mean that we can’t keep in touch! Head over to Facebook and Instagram to join our growing community.
Delivery Policy
At The Butter People we’re committed to keeping the delivery costs as low as possible for our People whilst also being mindful that we are delivering fresh perishable produce. As such, the natural nature of our products requires additional care, particularly temperature control and appropriate cold storage.
Delivery & Handling Charge
Delivery charges are additional to your products purchased and are charged at checkout. This is a fee that is dependent on your delivery zone but will be itemized before finalising payment. In exchange for this you will receive your order in temperature-controlled packaging, with a frozen ice brick and real-time delivery notifications via email and/or text.
Delivery and Cut-Off Times
We aim to get your order on its way to you every week.
Subscription customers will receive their bundle every 4 or 6 weeks - depending on what you select at checkout. We deliver on Wednesdays (subject to your suburb falling within our serviceable delivery area).
One-Time Purchase Customers: Providing you order before 5pm on a Sunday we will deliver your order on Wednesday the following week.
We cannot guarantee next week delivery on orders placed after 5pm on Sunday. And we will be in touch via e-mail to let you know.
We will either deliver your order via our team at The Butter People, or engage a Third-Party carrier to deliver on our behalf. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we will use your personal information when engaging a Third-Party carrier.
Transport and Receiving Your Delivery
You will be contacted on the day of delivery with status updates as soon as they are available.
You order will be transported to you in cold storage with a temperature of or below 4°. All butter products are frozen and included in your bundle is an ice pack. Your order will be wrapped in thermally appropriate packaging to contain coolth and keep your fresh perishables as cold as possible.
If you are unable to be home at the time of delivery, we encourage and recommend you provide additional storage (i.e. an esky (ideal), or a cold bag). It is important your order is stored away from the sun and any pets/ animals.
Please understand that the trade-off with delivering fresh cold perishable goods is that where every care is taken to prevent spoilage, we’re ultimately and unfortunately, unable to control the weather. Purchasing our fresh perishable goods remains at your full discretion, and our liability ends once your bundle has been delivered.
